For product inquiries and special requests, the best way to contact us is by email. We promise to get back to you as soon as possible - usually within a few hours. We sometimes send mail via a server in Japan, so make sure your spam filter allows such mail to get through.

If you would like to place an order by phone, or simply want to speak to a live person, please call us toll-free at: 1-800-736-5180. Our operators are available weekdays 8:30 am to midnight, and Saturday 10:00 am to 3.00 pm (ET - New York). Outside of these hours you can leave a voicemail message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

You can also contact us by fax, especially if you'd like to send us payment details outside of business hours. 718-923-0351.
