Returns - We will gladly exchange any item that was damaged or marked when you received it. The same thing applies to jerseys or caps that appear to be the wrong size. Return the item to the address indicated on the packing slip within 30 days (this is flexible in the case of Christmas gifts) and we'll send you another one, if available, at no extra cost. The item must be in original condition, and it must be accompanied by the packing slip (or copy). If you wish to return a DVD, please make sure it is in original condition, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact).

We prefer that you send the package Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. So that we can process the return faster and more efficiently, please e-mail us first, before you send the package.

If we have sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will pay all return freight charges.

All jersey sizes indicated on our website are Japanese sizes, so before finalizing your order you should check out our size chart for American equivalents. A general rule of thumb is to choose one size larger than what you normally wear.

Security - At YakyuShop, we take the security of your personal details very seriously. Orders placed on our website are encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology, and we follow best practices compliant with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) guidelines. The servers we use are hosted at a data center with the highest security standards.

Privacy - We ask our customers to supply personal data when placing an order, such as name and address, credit card information, and e-mail address. We use this data only for the purpose of filling an order. We treat this customer information as private and confidential, and we do not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law. We do not distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other similar purpose. We do send emails occasionally to those on our own opt-in mailing list, however, if you wish to unsubscribe from the list, contact us and we will remove your details immediately.
