1. How can I be sure of my correct size? Please take a look at our size charts for approximate jersey and cap sizes. Japanese jerseys are about one size smaller than their American counterparts, so if, for example, you normally wear a medium, you should order a large. We have also provided size guides for some of our jerseys (there will be a link on the relevant product page), showing the exact measurements of the jersey. If you are still not sure, email us.

2. Can you supply larger jersey sizes than indicated on your product pages? Sometimes, but not usually for replicas. Customized authentic jerseys for selected teams are available from American SS to XL, as are most throwbacks, but replicas usually max out at American large. Why is that? Well, you need to remember that yakyu jerseys are made for the Japanese market, for fans who tend to be skinnier than the average American. (The difference between sushi and hot dogs perhaps...) But we're constantly on the lookout for larger sizes, and if a larger jersey exists we'll feature it.

3. What are your shipping charges? We have tried to keep our shipping and handling charges as low as possible, and in some cases, you'll find that we have actually subsidized the actual shipping costs. Full details are here.

4. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders shipped from our fulfillment center in Michigan to destinations in the United States generally arrive 2-3 days from the date of dispatch (standard shipping). Our Expedited shipping option gives you even faster delivery. Sometimes we will need to ship items direct from Japan, which takes about 5 business days (standard) or 2-3 business days (expedited). We process and dispatch most orders within 48 hours (often sooner), although with throwback jerseys and other hard-to-get items there may be a delay. 5. Do you ship overseas? Yes, we ship to most countries and regions in the world. The only exceptions are places with a high risk of credit card fraud (such as Nigeria and surrounding countries). If you see your country in the drop down menu in the shopping basket, then we'll usually ship there. Full shipping details are here.

6. Can you arrange overnight shipping? Sorry, we cannot guarantee overnight shipping. However, if you choose Expedited as the shipping option, you can be assured that the package will be sent out as quickly as possible, using the fastest possible shipping method.

7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express (online via our secure shopping basket, over the phone, or by fax), as well as payment by PayPal. If you wish to pay by Discovery card, please use PayPal. Sorry, we do not accept checks or money orders under any circumstances.

8. Is my credit card information safe? Yes! Orders placed on our website are encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology, and we follow best practices compliant with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) guidelines. The servers we use are hosted at a data center with the highest security standards.

9. When is my card charged? When you place an order the amount is pre-authorized, however we usually charge your card just before the order is shipped. (For authentic jerseys, customized jerseys, special orders or other large orders that require prepayment to the original vendor, we usually charge your card soon after the order is placed.)

10. Do you charge sales tax? If you are a resident of Colorado, we charge sales tax of 2.9%. The amount should appear in the shopping basket.

11. My credit card appears to have been charged twice. Why? What may have happened is that the amount has been pre-authorized twice, but only actually charged once. This sometimes happens when the first attempt to charge the card is unsuccessful and a second attempt is necessary. Although one charge goes through, each attempted authorization temporarily deducts that amount from the available balance for your card. If this has happened, you may need to contact your card provider to have one of the authorizations removed. But ask us first. We can sometimes do that from here.

12. Can I track my order online? Online tracking is available for all Expedited shipments, and you can also confirm the delivery status of shipments sent by Priority Mail from our Michigan fulfillment center. Information on how to track shipments will be sent to you by e-mail. If you definitely require tracking, please let us know when you place the order. If you have set up a customer account when you placed your order you'll be able to check the status of your order here.

13. What is your returns policy? We will gladly exchange any item that was damaged or marked when you received it. The same thing applies to jerseys or caps that appear to be the wrong size. Return the item to the address indicated on the packing slip within 30 days (this is flexible in the case of gifts) and we'll send you another one, if available, at no extra cost. The item must be in original condition, and it must be accompanied by the packing slip (or copy). We prefer that you send the package Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. So that we can process the return faster and more efficiently, please e-mail us first, before you send the package. We will then provide a Returns Number which you should quote on the packing slip. If we have sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will pay all return freight charges.

14. Do you sell Matsui, Ichiro, Matsuzaka, or Fukudome jerseys? We offer a personalization option for a number of team jerseys, including Hideki Matsui's old club, the Yomiuri Giants. Ichiro's former team (Orix Bluewave) is actually now defunct, and their jerseys are no longer available. However the Orix Buffaloes road jersey is almost identical to the old BlueWave uniform, so you can order one of those instead and (almost) nobody will know. Unfortunately, Seibu Lions jerseys and anything with Matsuzaka's name/number are not available. We have no stock, and we know of no other sources. The supply of Chunichi Dragons jerseys - Kosuke Fukudome's former club - is often limited, but we stock up on these jerseys when we can.

15. Can you customize jerseys? Yes, we offer a personalization option for selected jerseys. You can add virtually any name and number combination - even your own name. Click here for details.

16. What are "faux button down" jerseys? Some replica jerseys are described as faux button down, which means that the buttons are on the front of the jersey, but they are just for show, and the jersey is essentially a pullover. Unfortunately we have no control over this - we sell whatever the teams make available.

17. Do you sell fitted caps? We do have access to some New Era fitted caps, which are becoming increasingly popular in Japan. New designs are being brought out all the time, and we will try to list as many as we can. Please note that many of these caps are extremely rare and sold in a limited number of stores. They also tend to sell out towards the end of the baseball season. The styles we carry are here.

18. Do you have a catalog? Our website is our catalog, and we don't have a printed catalog as such.
